RYAN IN PARADISE (PART 2)

After spending the night at Vista Golfo we decided to try
the Adventure Park Canopy Saturday morning...
25 zip lines & over 11 waterfalls (including 2 repels).

First repelling experience..

Swimming in waterfall was cold but stunning.
Does Elder Pete mean that the water was stunningly cold,
or the scene was stunning? Hmm, probably both.

Colorful friend our guide found on the trail

All good things have to end but this was memorable!

Car problems came to a head 3 km past the Crocodile Bridge.
We bought a new battery, but things actually got worse!

The views were still amazing,

Hermana playing with a Pit Bull for part of the 4 hours
we spent at the Auto Mechanics shop. Believe it or not,
this is our 4th failed attempt to get into Manuel Antonio Park.

Monkey crossing the road.  Quepos style

Quepos Branch where we...

preached and teached.
.

EL AVION Restaurant on the road to Manuel Antonio.

One of the best views in a country of amazing vistas.

Must admit that after 4 unsuccessful attempts,
Manuel Antonio was a bit disappointing

In Costa Rica you can see most anything,
even a vendor selling his wares, on a semi.

Final day.. gave Ryan his choice of the days agenda...
you guessed it, he chose another waterfall,
Orosi Tapanti!  The hike was unbelievable!

and the falls, stunning.

but ultimately Ryan couldn't let a mountain of jungle, with no
trails, stop him from reaching 1 of the tallest falls in Costa Rica.

So we bouldered up the cascades for 50 minutes

When my foot slipped on this moss covered rock and I fell backwards
Ryan yelled,  No!, No!, Nooo..but I survived ok.
Needless to say, Hermana Pete was not too happy when she found out.

One final stop at the Bridge in Orosi.
7 extremely filled days of extreme beauty
in amazing Costa Rica.

THANKS RYAN FOR COMING AND HELPING US SHARE
THIS AND GET TO KNOW SOME MORE OF THESE WONDERS
